Speaking freely
You are invited to say whatever comes to mind, without needing to make it coherent or important. What seems incidental often turns out to matter.

Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy
I am a London-based practising psychoanalyst, offering sessions in person at my practice near Waterloo, and online.
I offer psychotherapy and psychoanalysis to adults facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma and difficulties with relationships, as well as questions of identity, sexuality and belonging.
I also welcome those who may not have a particular symptom but find themselves seeking change in their lives.
Psychoanalysis
Psychoanalysis, sometimes referred to as the “talking cure”, is a practice that recognises and values the uniqueness of each individual and their experience.
It provides a space to speak freely about things that trouble us. Unlike an ordinary conversation with a friend, psychoanalysis offers an opportunity to encounter our unconscious knowledge, which can provide unexpected new insights into our internal conflicts and the ways in which we relate to others.
Psychoanalysis offers means of approaching recurring difficulties that may shape the course of our lives.
You are invited to say whatever comes to mind, without needing to make it coherent or important. What seems incidental often turns out to matter.
Sessions may vary in length but do not exceed 50 minutes. Ending at a meaningful moment, rather than by the clock, lets what was said continue to resonate.
Sessions take place once or twice a week, depending on individual needs. Regular meetings give the work continuity and depth.
About me
Having lived in different countries and cultures, I bring a cross-cultural perspective and sensitivity to the significant personal challenges migration can involve.
Before beginning my training as a psychotherapist in London, I gained extensive experience in theatre direction. This background has been shaped by a long-standing interest in the complexity of human experience — an interest that continues to inform and deepen my clinical work.
